WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PEOPLE THAT ARE DOING WHAT THEY LOVE AND PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT?

ACTION:

In today's world most of the people have busy schedules. For one reason or another in our being busy, we tend to push things that we love doing and are important to us to a later time, to satisfy the need of work and relationships.

We are too busy to be where we are, and in addition we have things that we COULD be doing or that we should be doing and our minds don't stop chattering!

We hang on to past events and project imaginary events to the future creating in our mind situations that we don't even like. We gallop on thoughts that are like a wild horses that seams we can't tame and are not able to stop.

STOP! That's it, STOP!

Take a breath, direct your attention to your anchor to the present, the source of your existence, your breathing.. slow breath in and slow breath out, that's it! few times more,  slow and deep.

Breath in, breath out.

NOW:

To be more engaged in the moment, we should prioritize things that are important to us, that bring us joy and fun. This is because prioritizing allows you to get things done and by so be more productive. To just have a "to do" list is not enough as you might get lost in it by focusing your attention on things that are less relevant and wasting your energy. When you prioritize things that are important to you and make you feel good, then minor goals and tasks will get done too, as things attract things. By doing what creates more feeling good energy and enhance your creativity, the small things will fall into place too, in a more enjoyable and flowing way.

And guess what?  When you do something you love you most probably get lost in time, you are IN THE MOMENT.

We know we all have to work but we have free time as well. It is how we utilize our free time that makes the different to a more enjoyable future and satisfy present.

Starting to act towards the things that we want to do it is what is going to make them happens.

Each little step everyday is a step towards the attainment of a more fulfilling life. If you want to have more time to do something that you enjoy, you have to make time for it. Looking at all your time available and schedule by importance.

Once you have written or drawn in front of you you will be able to have a clearer idea of where you are at, the time that you invest or waste and how you can reshuffle things around.

 

4 STEPS THAT CAN HELP YOU DO MORE OF THE THINGS THAT YOU LOVE DOING:

 

1: HAVE A CLEAR IDEA OF WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU AND THE THINGS YOU LOVE DOING

Forget about money and getting paid and imagine work didn't exist.. What is it that that you could do most of your time and that makes you feel good just thinking about it? Having a clear idea of want you want to do is the first step, as in or busy schedule and overload of inputs, we might be interested in various things and might happen to get drifted around by doing a bit of one thing or another resulting in not really developing anything consistently. Once you know what it is that you truly want, you set the direction and start the journey.

2: DRAW A TIME SHEET TO GET MORE AWARENESS ON HOW YOU USE YOUR FREE TIME (BY THE MINUTE:)

Time passes by and it might happen asking yourself: Where did time go? You could also ask yourself: have i wasted it or invested it?      If you draw a time sheet to get more awareness on how you use time, will bring great value in helping you developing things that you love doing.  Write down all the things that you do when you are not working, including travel, meals, exercise, social browsing, TV and everything else that you do. This will help you be aware of hoe you use time and help you in reschedule. After this you can make your to do list. design your own template with colors or images that inspire you to make it more fun, place in a a space that you can see it daily. 3: ENVISION YOUR GOALS AND GET TO FEEL HOW IT WILL BE WHEN YOU ACHIEVE THEM AND DRAW YOUR PLAN

It is tested and proved in neuroscience that to have a clear vision of your future and charge it with emotions that enhance the feeling will create neuropaths in your brain that if constantly reinforced will bring to your reality what you think about. We are basically creators of our own reality, that is why is important to start with the goal. In life coaching to have a clear and positive goal is the first step of the grow model, which draws the map to achieve what you want; a performance result or a state of being. Also Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can help you to reinforce the feeling. Where you are to day is the result of your past mindset and thinking.

Where do you want to be tomorrow and most important how do you want to be? 

4: DECIDE, COMMIT AND ACT!

To be able to act the right way, you have to think the right way. To be able to do things that you love doing and stick to it, you need the right mindset and motivation or a PURPOSE . Your purpose is a reason for doing it and once you have that, you are committed. You can do it for yourself, your health, your finances, your relationship for the planet or/and for your soul.                                                           

The most important factor that i find being the main key for your commitment and action, is your decision. Once you decide you don't need motivation, you are on! Decision is your contract with your future, starting from the present.

Doing what you love is most precious gift that you can give to yourself, your loved ones and the world.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, TIME DOESN'T COME BACK AND NOW IS THE TIME TO DO IT!
